• arrange and manage your booking and stay
• communicate with you before, during and after your stay

Your data is not used for advertising, you are not profiled, and your data is not sold.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you send an enquiry, and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing your booking request.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our pages (for example which apartments are viewed most). Google Analytics sets cookies that may collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited and approximate location.

A cookie notice is shown on your first visit. You can accept or decline analytics cookies, and you can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Strictly necessary, technical cookies required for the website and contact form to function may be used without consent, as permitted under the GDPR.

We do not use Facebook Pixel or advertising trackers.

6. Booking via Airbnb

Some bookings are made through Airbnb. When you book or message us on Airbnb, your data is processed under Airbnb’s own privacy policy, over which we have no control. This policy applies only to data you share with us directly through this website, email or phone.

7. Storage and protection

Personal data is kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting booking, and any legal retention obligations, and is stored securely using appropriate technical and organisational measures.
